A Legacy of Light & Love
Our beloved founder, Hazrat Moulana [Founder's Name] (Rahimahullah), was a visionary scholar and devoted servant of the Ummah. His contributions to Islamic education in Algapur and Hailakandi will never be forgotten — he was the light that started this eternal flame.
Through his tireless efforts, Gulalia Hafizia Madrasa was established — a place where the Holy Quran is memorised, lived and passed on to generations. Hundreds of Huffaz are a living testament to his blessed legacy.
We ask Allah ﷻ to shower His infinite mercy upon him, illuminate his grave and grant him the highest station in Jannatul Firdaus. His sadaqah jariyah continues with every student who recites the Quran. آمِين

Our Journey
Establishment of the Madrasa
Founded by our beloved Hazrat Moulana (Rahimahullah) with a vision to bring Quranic education to the Muslim community of Algapur and Hailakandi.
First Graduates
The first batch of Huffaz complete their memorisation, marking a milestone of joy and celebration for the entire community.
Residential Facility Opened
A boarding facility is established to welcome students from across Hailakandi, Cachar and beyond, enabling full-time Hifz study.
Curriculum Expanded
Islamic sciences including Tajweed, Arabic, Hadith and Fiqh are formally introduced, creating a complete Islamic educational programme.

Madrasa Regulations
Daily Schedule & Attendance
▼All students must be present for Fajr Salah and morning Hifz session. Punctuality is a sign of respect for the Quran.
Attendance in all classes and sessions is compulsory. Absence requires prior written permission from parents. Important
Students must maintain their daily revision target (sabaq, sabqi and manzil) without fail.
Evening session attendance is mandatory. Students found absent without reason will be reported to parents.
Mobile & Technology
▼Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the madrasa premises during class hours. Strict
Any entertainment device brought to the madrasa will be confiscated and returned only to parents.
Internet access is restricted to educational use only, under teacher supervision, never unsupervised.
Dress Code & Conduct
▼Students must wear clean, Islamic dress — kurta and pyjama/pants for boys; appropriate Islamic dress for girls.
Respect for all teachers is obligatory. Students must greet with Salaam upon entering and leaving classes.
No loud noise, play or disturbance during learning hours. The learning environment must be peaceful at all times.
Students must handle all Quran copies and Islamic books with utmost respect — always with wudhu. Mandatory
Hostel & Residential Rules
▼Lights out by 10:00 PM. Students must be in their dormitories after Isha salah unless given permission.
Students may not leave the hostel premises without written permission from the principal.
All shared spaces must be kept clean. Each student is responsible for their allocated area.
Visiting hours for parents: Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM only, with prior notification. Note
